Topeka, KS, March 18, 2021–

Todd and Nicolle Konkel, owners of Topeka Opportunity Fund, LLC and Topeka Vendors Market, released a video announcing new additions to their Downtown Topeka Development Project.

I was attracted to the buildings because of their history and the overall condition and unique feel to the buildings. The four-story building – the former Topeka Transfer and Storage building – was built in 1911. In this block, plans are underway for a distillery, an indoor food truck court, some flex space with a fitness floor, and a large music and event venue space with a catering kitchen. We have some office space as well.
